Bill’s practice is centered around providing personal representation to both individual and business clients in a diverse range of civil litigation, including personal injury, employment, commercial transactions, civil rights, insurance disputes, subrogation, and a vast array of tort claims in trial and appellate courts nationwide on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants..
Bill is a frequent lecturer and writer on legal issues, and has been counsel of record in over ninety (90) published Appellate decisions.
